This is a new year and yes I have fallen off the #gettinghealthy wagon. I went through some motions but my heart and focus was not in it. I am after all human and by no means perfect.
I ended 2019 weighing more than I have ever weighed in my life. My aha moment came when trying to get locked in a harass on a ride at bush gardens, and they couldn’t squeeze me in to get it locked. I am 5’4 inches, and at the time weighed 275 lbs.
I’ll post the picture later of my niece once I have her mom’s permission to show you the harass that taught me I need to make myself important. This moment was God telling me, daughter, you need to care for your health, and you cannot help anyone until you help yourself.
I heard him and this year, with my husband’s support. I am making myself a priority. I am strong, I am worthy, and I am successful. I am a daughter of God, and owe this to him, to live my life to the fullest, and inspiring, and helping others find themselves, and start on their own journey’s.
