Today is an important day in the Catholic world, the day we celebrate the Epiphany. This is the day in which we celebrate the three Kings giving Jesus the gifts and paying him homage.
Last week I successfully completed the prep week of this awesome program. I admit, it kicked my butt. I have’t been working out consistently since mid July, due to a Cancer scare, then, I just reverted back into old habits. However, after seeing my mom in October, who had a stroke last Christmas (Dec 2017) and made a promise that I would be healthy. So I squeaked by Thanksgiving, and Christmas with a mindset that 2019 is going to be my best year. My mantra: No excuses. I am successful. I am beautiful. I am confident. I can do anything. I am unstoppable.
Week 2 and of a new and improved me, and new website. Plans for this week, work outs are now at 25 minutes, and will include core twice a week, plus I’ll be going a live class, with my trainer via zoom on Saturdays as part of my Personal Development class I am taking( Power of I am, by Chris Downing.)
Stay tuned for more pages and information to be appearing soon as I get better with Word Press, and figure out this blog thing, and email address.
Sincerely,
Anne “Wonder Woz” Wozniak
Favorite part of the scripture from today’s readings is below.
“Rise up in splendor, Jerusalem! Your light has come,
the glory of the Lord shines upon you.
See, darkness covers the earth,
and thick clouds cover the peoples;
but upon you the LORD shines,
and over you appears his glory.” Isaiah 60 1:2
